What You’ll Do- Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Meet with business owners and marketing leaders to understand their business, challenges, and growth objectives.
- Design integrated marketing strategies that combine print, digital, branded content, events, social media, video, and custom solutions.
- Present ideas that solve business problems instead of simply selling advertising.
- Build lasting partnerships by delivering measurable results and exceptional client experiences.
- Manage an active sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with award‑winning creative, editorial, digital, marketing, and events teams to bring ideas to life.
- Stay curious about marketing trends, consumer behavior, and new ways to help clients succeed.

Media sales experience is helpful, but it isn’t required.

This is a performance‑driven sales position. Success comes from building relationships, prospecting consistently, creating opportunities, and helping clients grow.
Expected first‑year earnings typically range from $75,000 to $125,000, including base salary and commission. Our commission plan rewards performance with uncapped earning potential.
