Customer Success Manager

Own the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Get teams live fast, prove value in their numbers, and turn happy reps into champions — for a product whose whole job is making customers better at theirs.

• Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across a book of accounts.
• Get teams to first value fast and keep them there with proactive check-ins.
• Tie product usage to customer outcomes — ramp, conversion, win rate.
• Be the voice of the customer internally; surface patterns to product and CS.
• Drive renewals and identify expansion, partnering with sales where needed.

• 3+ years in customer success or account management in B2B SaaS.
• Track record driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Strong relationship and communication skills; calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with data and connecting product usage to business outcomes.
• Organized and proactive in a fast-moving, in-person team.
• Experience with sales teams or sales tooling as customers.
• Built or scaled CS playbooks at an early-stage company.
• Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms.
