Overview
Regional Sales Leader – Respiratory Health Division, covering Ohio, Kentucky, Eastern Tennessee, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Detroit & NW Indiana. Minimum 60‑75% travel.
Responsibilities- Meet, if not exceed, regional sales quotas.
- Develop comprehensive, annual strategic regional plans for management review.
- Lead sales activities for the region, guided by Respiratory Health division goals and sales organization objectives.
- Manage a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists.
- Partner with peer AVPs, RVP, and Sales VP to drive sales policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Nurture strong relationships with internal operations, finance, human resources, and other support functions to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Meet administrative expectations and adhere to company and regulatory compliance policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Baxter’s processes, products, and services.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a top‑level sales performer in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Experience effectively hiring, developing, and managing performance of a sales team.
- Strong customer‑relationship building skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
Estimated base pay range $152,000–$170,000 annually plus incentive compensation.
