Purpose

The Antifreeze Sales and Service Rep (AFSR) will apply sales strategies to grow CC’s antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites while performing HCC services at customer facilities. Service responsibilities include handling pump hoses, pumping antifreeze containers, operating a commercial motor vehicle daily, and picking up waste drums of varying sizes and weights using CC‑approved equipment.

Specific Duties
  • Engage in and promote safe work behaviors in line with all CC safety guidelines.
  • Provide customer service and new business development in a geographic area assigned by the Company.
  • Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time.
  • Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation.
  • Deliver new antifreeze, recycled antifreeze, collect used antifreeze, and perform related tasks for existing customers.
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts.
  • Assess potential customer needs, present CC products and services, and develop new customers.
  • Develop sales leads for Data‑Marketing.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards, including environmental, health & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position Qualification Requirements

Core Competencies and Specific Skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments.
  • Ability to operate electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, all truck equipment, etc.
Work Experience
  • Route sales experience highly preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), a Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT.
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds CC’s published standards, including:
    • Seat belt and cell phone violations.
    • Excessive speeding.
    • DUI, suspension, and/or multiple vehicle collisions.
Personal Protective Equipment
  • Ability to wear PPE, which may include a respirator, steel‑toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent lifting of standard hoses weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Occasional climbing of company‑approved step stools to access antifreeze containers.
  • Occasional pulling/dragging hoses out of the truck up to 100 ft at a time (10‑40 lbs).
  • Pushing/pulling hand trucks or jacks to move product in and out of trucks.
  • Administrative duties as assigned.
  • Must pass the pre‑employment physical and drug & alcohol screening.
Work Environment

The AFSR regularly works in varied environments, requiring bending, squatting, climbing, lifting, twisting, and frequent driving. Noise levels vary with the workplace. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role consists of a weekly base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Actual total earnings vary by performance and location and may fall outside the range shown.
