BI WORLDWIDE in Minneapolis is seeking an Account Manager to lead client teams and ensure successful event solutions. The role is based at our Minneapolis Metro headquarters with a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
You will manage client expectations, drive project documentation, and advocate for customers while growing existing accounts. Travel to worldwide destinations is required about 15% of the time. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in client-facing roles are needed.
