O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities:
Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships and take orders over the phone and online, invoicing and directing parts for delivery;
Direct delivery specialists to ensure customers receive orders in a timely manner;
Maintain delivery vehicles and complete inspections on schedule and enter daily mileages into fleet devices;
Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers;
Audit returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper labeling; assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed
