Pepsi Co Minnesota is seeking a District Sales Leader to manage a district of 10-25 Route Sales Representatives and oversee a $5-15 million business. The role includes a 12+ month onboarding and a structured training plan to learn the DSD system and Region Business Team.
During onboarding, you will perform 4-6 months of route-level work to build foundational knowledge of the business and supply chain before assuming full district leadership with accountability for performance and reporting.
