Event Sales Ambassador MN STATE FAIR; w​/a Sense of Humor

Role Overview

We are seeking brand ambassadors to serve as the face of Shinesty at the Minnesota State Fair.

• Sales: Hook foot traffic, pitch gear, and close sales.
• Entertaining: Engage customers with a smile, jokes, and positive attitude.
• Booth Management: Setup, teardown, keep merchandise restocked.
• Brand Representation: Act as the ultimate hype‑person for Shinesty.

• Dates: Wednesday, Aug 26 – Monday, Sept 8 (14 days).
• Hours: Booth hours 9AM‑9PM daily with setup and teardown periods.
• Schedule: Rotating shift schedule – submit availability for the run.

• Natural Seller: Retail, event, or direct sales experience with measurable goal‑crushing results.
• Incredibly Likable: Extroverted, energized by crowds, and not overly serious.
• Hustler: Willingness to stand, handle weather, and work long weekend hours for commission.
• Reliable: Show up on time, communicate effectively, and own your booth.

• 1099 contractor – no employee benefits.
• $20 per hour plus 5% commission on sales.
