Brand Ambassador

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors / Event Promoters for our Minneapolis / St. Paul and surrounding markets to join our winning team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, promoting our products, and securing qualified sales appointments for our team. This role offers hourly pay plus bonuses based on quality appointments set.

• Attract visitors and staff booths at shows and events
• Promote products and provide basic overviews to attendees
• Book in-home consultation appointments
• Maintain a professional appearance throughout events
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth setup
• Engage passersby and draw them into the booth
• Explain product features and benefits clearly
• Secure entry forms and generate leads
• Collect and submit daily leads to the Event Coordinator

• Strong communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation for travel to events
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability to work weekends (required)
