The Sales and Account Management Support Coordinator serves as a key member of Allied Solutions’ Sales and Account Management Support (SAMS) team, providing operational and administrative support that enables sales and retention effectiveness and reduces administrative burden for Allied's Sales Team (Field). This role collaborates across Sales, Product Management, Underwriting, Risk Management Operations, Bond, and other Sales Enablement & Operations (SEO) teams to coordinate, produce, and distribute client-facing proposals, presentations, reports, sales and training materials.
The position also partners directly with financial institution clients, as needed, while ensuring all deliverables accurately represent the Allied brand. Additionally, the role supports CRM administration, inventory management, printing and shipping requests, and other critical sales and retention support functions.
- Receive, coordinate, produce, format, and distribute Level I–III proposals, Total Advantage Program (TAP) presentations, POS Data One-Pagers, client-facing monthly and quarterly reports, and other sales support materials.
- Ensure all deliverables meet established service-level agreements (SLAs), Field specifications, and Allied brand standards.
- Monitor and manage the SAMS team inbox, serve as the first point of contact for Field requests, assign Level I - III tasks to SAMS Coordinators.
- Partner with the SAMS Manager to assign Level IV - VI tasks to Analyst and Senior Analysts.
- Track and maintain request tracking within Smartsheet or other designated systems.
- Update accounts, contact information, opportunities, lead registration, and activity records within Infor CRM on direction from the Field, Sales Operations and/or product department.
- Perform list extractions and other activities that ensure accurate sales and account management information.
- Coordinate printing, binding and shipping of sales, training and client retention materials to the Field.
- Maintain inventory of shipping and document binding/folder materials; work with the SAMS Manager to purchase materials when stock is low.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 1+ year of work-related experience required.
- Preferred:
Microsoft Office experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Lists. - Preferred:
Infor CRM or other CRM platform training or experience. - Preferred:
Smartsheet experience or other work management and collaboration platform.
- The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of the anticipated salary for the position and may vary based on factors described below.
- Compensation at Allied Solutions is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, market data, job posting location, relevant experience, level, skills, and internal equity considerations.
- The projected base salary range for this position is $60,060 to $84,150 (annualized USD).
- This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance results.
