Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within existing physician accounts through account penetration while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, urogynecologists, gynecologists, and medical practices.
- Conduct consistent account calls and in-person visits to support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Provide physician education and hands-on training until doctors are comfortable and proficient performing the procedure independently.
- Develop implementation plans and support new physician onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional programs, services, and value-added solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while consistently working toward assigned sales goals and targets.
- Stay informed on competitor products, services, and strategies and communicate relevant market intelligence to sales leadership.
- Understand physicians' business needs, challenges, and technical requirements and align solutions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer and activity information within the CRM.
- Travel to physician offices for sales appointments, training sessions, and follow-up visits, with up to 50% travel expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
- Ability to effectively sell to medical professionals and hospital or practice administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals at various levels within medical practices and healthcare organizations.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM software and maintaining accurate activity and customer data.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful sales experience calling on urologists, urogynecologists, and/or gynecologists.
- Medical device sales experience or experience within a related healthcare field.
- Experience providing product education, clinical training, or procedural support to medical professionals.
- Experience managing and growing an established book of physician or healthcare accounts.
