Sales and Service Representative

Heritage-Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Sales and Service Representative to support customers in the environmental and industrial services sector. In this field-based role, you will grow and service a territory by promoting parts cleaning, hazardous and non-hazardous waste services, used oil collection, and related solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, scheduling service visits, coordinating with operations, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with industrial and commercial customers in assigned territory
• Promote and sell parts cleaning, waste management, and related environmental services
• Coordinate and schedule service visits, pickups, and product deliveries
• Ensure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and service agreements using company tools
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, service calls, and customer data in CRMPartner with operations and drivers to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Provide basic technical guidance on service options and regulatory considerations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
