Starting Salary $70,000+ Commissions

North East Metro (7 Buildings)

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving occupancy and revenue goals across a designated group of Suite Living communities. This position develops and maintains strong referral relationships, generates new leads, manages prospects throughout the sales process, conducts community tours, and coordinates the transition from prospective resident to move-in.

Essential Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Occupancy

  • Own sales and move-in goals for multiple Suite Living communities.
  • Build relationships with prospective residents and families, understand their needs, and guide them through the decision-making process.
  • Conduct community tours, answer questions, overcome concerns, and confidently close sales.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects from their first inquiry through move-in.

Build Referral Relationships

  • Develop strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, home health, hospice, senior service providers, and other referral partners.
  • Make regular visits and outreach to referral sources to generate new leads and increase awareness of Suite Living.
  • Attend networking and community events and represent Suite Living professionally.

Manage Leads & the Sales Process

  • Respond quickly to new inquiries and keep prospects moving through the sales process.
  • Keep CRM records and follow-up activity accurate and up to date.
  • Track tours, referrals, prospects, and upcoming move-ins.

Support the Move-In Process

  • Coordinate the financial and clinical prescreen process with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Work closely with Nurse Managers, Executive Directors, and other team members to help remove barriers and keep move-ins on track.
  • Ensure prospective residents and families have a smooth, positive experience from inquiry through move-in.

Work as a Regional Team

  • Partner with Executive Directors, Nurse Managers, and Regional Directors of Operations to achieve community occupancy goals.
  • Share sales activity, referral opportunities, market trends, and challenges with leadership.
  • Manage your time effectively while balancing multiple communities, prospects, and referral relationships.

Be Results-Driven

  • Consistently work toward sales, lead generation, tour, conversion, and move-in goals.
  • Take ownership of your results, follow through on commitments, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and successfully close business.
  • Healthcare, senior living, assisted living, memory care, home health, hospice, or other healthcare-related sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong discovery, relationship-building, objection-handling, and closing abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a regional and community-based team.
  • Comfortable making frequent outbound calls, conducting in-person visits, networking, and developing new referral relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple communities and competing priorities.
  • Professional presence and the ability to build trust with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and healthcare professionals.
