The Forest Ecology lab at the University of Minnesota seeks paid field research interns with a background or interest in field biology, ecology, forestry, or environmental science. You will participate in large scale experiments to suppress buckthorn re‑invasion and restore buckthorn‑invaded woodlands in the Twin Cities metro area.
Responsibilities vary by season: site delineation, planting, monitoring plant growth, measuring light and species composition, weeding, and assisting with data entry
