The Senior Real‑World Clinical Analyst is responsible for bridging clinical expertise with advanced real‑world data (RWD) to generate high‑quality, clinically meaningful evidence that supports clinical research, product development, clinical planning and execution, and healthcare decision‑making in clinical development and patient engagement and recruitment. This role combines deep clinical knowledge with expertise in structured and unstructured healthcare data, enabling the interpretation, validation, and delivery of real‑world evidence (RWE) across diverse therapeutic areas.

The ideal candidate possesses an advanced clinical background, strong analytical capabilities, and extensive experience working with electronic health records (EHR), claims, lab data, and other healthcare data sources supporting clinical research and development activities. This individual will collaborate cross‑functionally with data science, clinical research managers, product, and client‑facing teams to ensure clinical accuracy, methodological rigor, and successful project execution.

• Apply clinical expertise to interpret structured and unstructured real‑world healthcare data across all phases of clinical development.
• Review and interpret physician documentation, clinical narratives, pathology reports, radiology reports, and other unstructured medical records to derive clinically meaningful insights.
• Validate clinical cohorts, disease definitions, treatment pathways, outcomes, and patient journeys using RWD.
• Identify clinical nuances that impact data quality, cohort selection, and study design.
