Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate parties per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help identify and report unusual activity and/or hazards.;
Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying authorization when required, and directing visitors to the proper area.;
Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate key updates during post handoff to support consistent security-related coverage.
