** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.

+ Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and following client-specific protocols for after-hours access, deliveries, and/or escalated situations.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
