Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, register visitors and/or vendors, and maintain accurate access logs in support of security-related operations;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior;
Communicate with property staff, tenants, visitors, and/or responders regarding security-related concerns, access requests, and site policies
