Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, members, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access, support visitor and vendor screening practices, and/or verify compliance with location protocols.
• Assist with routine security-related duties such as providing directions, supporting access control activities, and communicating clearly with staff and visitors during daily operations and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
