Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and employee entry according to site protocols, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations through appropriate channels;
Support a professional environment by assisting occupants and visitors with directions, answering routine questions, and following Allied Universal post orders and client-specific expectations
