Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, laboratories, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation;
Support a professional healthcare environment by providing directions, assisting with access-related questions, and communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
