Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
