Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utility location.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering restricted or operational areas.;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
