Security Officer Day Shift Shopping Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and other security-related concerns;
Document and report incidents, observations, and policy violations in accordance with Allied Universal and location procedures
