Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing, laboratory, office, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and alarm or camera systems in accordance with site procedures; document observations and report concerns to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response protocols;
Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, access-control activity, and other security-related observations
