Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a medical technology manufacturing and office location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.;
Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, unusual activity, and facility concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
