Carpentry Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead framing and remodeling projects throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, jobsite safety, and team collaboration. • Lead and perform framing and remodeling carpentry work on residential and commercial projects
• Read, interpret, and execute work from blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Coordinate daily tasks and collaborate effectively with crew members and project leadership
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and jobsite organization
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and workflow planning
• Troubleshoot field issues and help keep projects on schedule

• 2‑3+ years of carpentry experience
• Proficient with hand and power tools used in rough and finish carpentry
• Strong work ethic with the ability to lead by example
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting crew success

• Experience in finish carpentry
• Knowledge of commercial construction environments
• Familiarity with rough carpentry techniques and structural framing
• Previous experience in a lead or foreman‑level role (preferred, not required)

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 10, 2026.
