Turner Industries Group is seeking experienced Welders for maintenance and project work in the Saint Paul, MN area. This role involves working on a variety of industrial sites, assembling and welding structural forms and pipe. The ideal candidate will have significant welding experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to pass required tests. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum four (4) years of welding experience
• Must be able to pass a weld test before being hired
• Certified as a welder
• Written pre-employment qualification test
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation
• Hazard Communication orientation/test
• Turner Industries Group, LLC indoctrination
• OSHA approved corrective eye wear (Z87)
• Job site orientation and safety requirements (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)
• Safety equipment as required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.)
• Ability to provide own tools as listed in posting
• Physical ability to climb, lift 30-50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces
• Ability to follow procedures, read blueprints, and communicate effectively
