In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing commercial irrigation systems while providing top‑notch customer service. You’ll assist with snow and ice management as needed, and the company will support your growth and certification efforts to help you achieve your career goals.

This is a non‑exempt, at‑will employee position under Minnesota Law. Non‑exempt employees are eligible to receive overtime.

• Irrigation System Maintenance
  :
  Install, maintain, and repair commercial irrigation systems.
• Customer Support
  :
  Assist clients with irrigation system requests or concerns, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Equipment Operation
  :
  Operate and maintain assigned service line equipment, including trucks and trailers.
• Team Contribution
  :
  Participate in team meetings and provide input on service line equipment and operations.
• Facility Maintenance
  :
  Assist with organizing, cleaning, and maintaining company facilities.

• Valid Driver’s License – Ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Experience – Must have experience using compressors and winterizing irrigation systems.
• Troubleshooting Skills – Ability to diagnose and fix irrigation issues.
• Physical Requirements – Ability to perform manual labor, including bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs independently and 80 lbs with assistance.
• Certification – Certified Irrigation Technician (or must obtain certification within the first year).
• 2‑Wire Decoder Knowledge – Preferred but not required.
• Pesticide Applicator License – Category A & E preferred.
• Communication Skills – Must be able to follow directions and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Reliability – Consistently report to work on time and complete tasks in a timely manner.
