In this vital role, you'll respond to water and fire damage emergencies, assess situations, and restore residential and commercial properties. You'll gain professional growth through ongoing training and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence.

• Emergency Response:
  Rapidly respond to water damage from floods and leaks and clean up from smoke and fires.
• Restoration:
  Perform fire and soot clean up, water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization.
• Material Removal:
  Remove damaged materials (carpet, drywall, flooring).
• Compliance:
  Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time (M-F, 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 4:30 p.m.) with on-call duties. Expect extended hours, evenings, and weekends during high demand. Bonuses for on-call, premium pay for extended hours.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma/equivalent
• Experience:
  
  Proven water and/or fire damage restoration or similar industry experience
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient with industry equipment and hand/power tools
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills and reliability.
• Physical:
  Able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces.
• Licensing:
  Valid driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation.
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work flexible and additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
