Senior Stationsinspektor:in With Craftsmanship Skills

We are looking for a Senior Stations Inspector with craftsmanship skills for DB InfraGO AG in Mainz.

Your tasks:

• Ensure our train stations are in proper condition
• Address defects on site, carry out minor construction repairs, and perform refurbishments at train stations and platforms - from paving, masonry, and plastering to the professional laying of tiles
• You handle the tasks independently or as part of a team
• If necessary, you take on extraordinary assignments on site, e.g. as part of replacement measures in winter service
• Your duties also include operational tasks such as updating timetable posters and display cases
• You are regularly on the move in the region, use mobile applications for documentation, and get your hands dirty - also when using larger equipment

Your profile:

• You have a successfully completed vocational technical training, e.g. as a locksmith, civil engineering construction worker, tiler, gardener and landscape builder or carpenter
• Your standard training duration was at least two and a half years with a generally recognized qualification
• You have basic experience and expertise in the field of minor construction repairs and possess general know-how in the areas of facility management, station care, refurbishment services
• You have sufficient German language skills for work processes and safety requirements
• As a communicative, team-oriented, well-organized and skilled craftsman, you enrich our team
• You have a driver's license class B and regular business trips as well as working outdoors are a plus for you
• Your openness to further training and continuing education rounds off your profile
