As a Forklift Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by:
- Diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, completing installations, and performing both unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance based on customer requirements.
- Analyzing breakdown situations, recommending corrective actions to customers, and executing repairs efficiently and professionally.
- Demonstrating professionalism and fostering positive relationships with customers while delivering superior customer service.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals, coupled with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to exchange information courteously, and a commitment to exceptional customer relations.
- Competency in safely operating various equipment and personal hand tools, coupled with the ability to leverage available support resources effectively.
This position requires the following physical activities on a regular basis:
Strength & Lifting- Light Work – Regularly lift and move up to 20 lbs.
- Medium Work – Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Heavy Work – Occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.
- Very Heavy Work – Rarely required to lift over 110 lbs.
- Note:
The role may also involve extended periods of walking and standing.

A high school diploma/GED along with one to three years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in a similar environment or equivalent vocational education. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
