Mechanic - Level 3

Sunbelt Rentals is looking for a Technician to perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on a diverse fleet of equipment, including Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

Technician

This Technician role performs the following:

• Preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment.
• Work safely and effectively to avoid downtime.
• Collaborate with a safety‑focused team.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 5+ years of Technician experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas).
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• May need to provide tools of the trade.

Base Pay Range: $26.46 – $36.37 per hour.

Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
