Press Brake Operator

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects located in or around the White Bear Lake, MN area. This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28+/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

* Set up and operate Amada press brakes (various sizes)

* Perform full machine setups from start to finish

* Complete tool changes and ensure proper setup for each job

* Read and interpret blueprints (E-prints)

* Work with both American and European tooling

* Calculate bend deductions and material stretch-outs

Requirements

* 5+ years of press brake setup and tooling experience

* Strong blueprint reading skills

* Experience with Amada machines preferred

* Must have your own basic hand tools (calipers, squares, protractors, etc.)

* Tools must be able to pass on-site calibration
