Facilities And Security Supervisor
Full‑time position. Salary: $39.25 hourly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the facilities and security teams with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Operate, maintain, and repair assigned HVACR equipment and controls.
- Perform maintenance on chilled water systems, steam systems, refrigeration systems, and other mechanical and electrical systems.
Qualifications:
- Evidence of the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong prioritization and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Experience in HVACR maintenance and security management.
