Acme Awning Company is seeking a dedicated Awning Installer to join our team in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, where you'll play a vital role in transforming residential and commercial properties. If you enjoy hands‑on work, working outdoors, and a dynamic workday in a small company with a supportive group of co‑workers, we’d like to hear from you.

• Installation Leadership:
  Lead and direct installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Installation Execution:
  Install awnings, pergolas, and other outdoor solutions with precision and care, utilizing ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Customer Interaction:
  Interact with customers to address questions, concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Problem Solving:
  Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations.
• Material Handling and Organization:
  Ensure proper loading, unloading, and organization of materials at the job site and in the shop.
• Communication:
  Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members.

• Comfortable using common construction and installation tools.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and be active all day.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dependable, positive, and professional.
• Experience in construction, installation, or hands‑on field work.

• Compensation $32-$38 per hour DOE
• 8‑hour shift Monday to Friday + OT opportunity
• Year‑round work
• On‑the‑job training
