Consider that next step with Landbridge Ecological, a company specializing in the installation and management of native plant landscapes in the Twin Cities and surrounding upper midwest region. Projects may be as small as a raingarden or as large as multi-acre parkland.

These projects can range from highly designed corporate or residential landscapes featuring native species to traditional ecosystem restoration.

Landbridge Ecological is currently in search of a Install Field Coordinator (FC). This is a field leadership role within the organization that is tasked with the successful installation of native plant landscapes. The position is responsible for ensuring installations are performed safely, efficiently, on budget, and are accomplishing the intended outcomes of the landowner and designer. Additionally this role oversees crew managers and teams, ensuring they have the information and tools necessary to successfully perform their tasks.

FCs work independently or alongside crews to execute daily installation tasks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience installing native plant landscapes, including seeding, planting, and erosion control application.
  • Experience with landscape installation utilizing small and large equipment; tractor operations (drill seeding, harrowing, tillage, discing, etc.).
  • Tractor and/or skid loader experience preferred.
  • Experience with soil preparation and stabilization is a plus.
  • Traditional landscape installation or farming experience can supplement native landscape experience if skills are similar.
  • Ability to provide leadership and accountability to a team; knowledge of Minnesota native and non-native species is a plus.
