Position: Spot Welder A (MIG/TIG)
Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to perform primarly spot welding and Mig/Tig welding.

Responsibilities Perform mostly spot welding, as well as MIG/TIG welding, on various materials to meet production specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate welding processes.

Conduct quality inspections of welds to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.

Proven experience in Spot, MIG, and TIG welding, with a strong understanding of welding techniques.

Knowledge of welding rods, gas, and equipment settings.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a welding environment.
