Journeyman Union Scale. $45.19 per hour (based on experience and/or size and type of equipment) (This pay range is a good-faith estimate of compensation for this role.)

Job Summary
:
Grading Laborers manually shovel, smooth, lift, pull and carry any and all asphalt construction materials as required and work in conjunction with machine operators from the ground to ready surfaces for grading. This position supports the grading crew by preparing the work area and ensuring safety and efficiency on site. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
