Executive Director Position Profile

The Carpe nters and Joiners Welfare Fund, the Twin City Carpenters and Joiners Pension Fund, and the Carpenters and Joiner Defined Contribution Plan (the "Funds") exist to serve the nearly 27,000 skilled union members and their families in the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters (NCSRCC). The NCSRCC represents members across Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

The Executive Director serves as a key leader as it pertains to improving the wellbeing of participants in the Funds. Specifically, they will manage all vendors for the Funds and serve as a key resource for all Fund participants and report to the Funds' Boards of Trustees. In addition to being a resource for fund participants generally, duties include member and contractor related relations, proactively communicating fund benefits to participants, and managing fund vendor relationships.
