Weanticipatethe need for one or more Rotating Garage Mechanic (s) to belocatedat the Saint Paul Service Center in Maplewood, MN. The starting rate of pay for this position will be $52.93hourly. This position will be posted for 10 working days from August 7, 2026, to August 20, 2026.

Inspect, service, repair andmaintainvehicles, trailers, aerialdevicesand power-operated equipment. Work may be performed primarily in company service garages as well as occasional job site field work. Individual(s) selected must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision. Individual must be highly motivated, customer service driven, detailorientedand quality focused. Position will involve frequent liftingin excess of50 pounds, as well as prolonged standing.

The ability to inspect, service and diagnose as well as properly make minor and major repairs to electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning, gasoline and diesel systems are key success factors for this position. This position will worka Monday through Friday schedule, 8 hours per day, 6:30am to 3:00pm.

• High school diploma or GED.
• An accredited journeyman with a minimum of fiveyearsverifiable experience in the automotive/truck field is required.
• Atwo year technical, vocational or trade school diploma or degree in automotive, truck, and/or heavy equipment service repair and maintenance is desired.
• Must either currently possessor be able to obtain a Minnesota Annual Vehicle Inspectors certification.
• Must meet driver qualification requirements as specified in FMCSR Parts 382 and 391 including the possession of a valid Commercial Drivers License  (CDL) Class A or obtain within 6 months of hire, as well as Drug/Alcohol testing as required by the DOT
• Applicant must have the ability to read and understand the English language, perform basicmathematicsandpossessbasic computer skills.
• Furnishowntools,standardandmetricin accordance withthe Dept tool list.
• A high awareness of safety and compliance with company safety rules isrequiredat all times
• Frequent liftingin excess of50 pounds, as well as prolonged standing or driving.

• Fluid Power Society and/or ASE certifications desired.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communications.
• Provide consistent quality customer satisfaction.
• Mustmaintaina high leveland awareness of safety, with a demonstrated commitment to working safely and effectively.
