Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Green Bay Packaging seeks a hands-on Maintenance professional to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and reliably. In this on-site role, you'll troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support equipment installations in a fast-paced corrugated and paperboard facility. You'll use your industrial maintenance skills to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and uphold our strong safety culture while contributing to innovative, sustainable packaging solutions and building a long-term career with a stable, family-owned company.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures using schematics, manuals, and test instruments.
• Maintain accurate records in a CMMS for work orders, parts, and maintenance history.
• Support installation, startup, and modification of machinery and auxiliary systems.
• Follow all plant safety policies, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of critical maintenance parts and supplies.
