You're a skilled residential HVAC technician who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates well with customers, and thrives in a supportive and high-performing environment.

• 4+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience (required)
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently & positively represent our team to customers
• Self-motivated, eager to continually learn and grow

• Service and repair residential HVAC systems throughout the Twin Cities metro area
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Diagnose equipment issues & clearly walk customers through solution options
• Deliver the professional and five-star customer experience our clients expect
• Accurately complete work orders and maintain service documentation
• Uphold and promote the company's commitment to safety, ethics, and teamwork
