RPM SPG in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Field Resource Foreman to lead safety-driven field service crews across roofing projects. You will oversee crew management, project execution, and customer interaction to deliver quality results on time.
The role requires five years in roofing with knowledge of built-up, EPDM, PVC, and metal roofing systems. OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred and a drug test may be required. Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed are essential.
