Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the care, repair & preventative maintenance of the facility and its equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Engage in all maintenance functions for equipment repairs and upkeep.
• Determines causes for equipment failures and repairs as necessary.
• Performs PM's on daily basis and ensures replacement parts are on hand as needed.
• Participates with CCMS program to help manage the facilities downtime and increase visibility of the maintenance program
• Ensure correct materials are ordered & used for repairing production equipment.
• Researches and obtain quotes for parts & equipment as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and expectations are met at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and surrounding areas.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Complies with all company policies & procedures including but not limited to attendance & appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to problem solve and escalate issues when needed.
• Ability to work safely and maintain safety expectations.

Work Environment:
Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with machinery. Physical essential functions of the job include but are not limited to: standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, and moving around machinery. Lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Ability to consistently work in extreme temperatures.
