Acadia Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repair;
Inspect and maintain emergency power, fire alarm, lighting, and plumbing systems;
Operate hand and power tools safely and follow preventive maintenance schedules;
Back-up for call person in emergencies and respond promptly;
Maintain and repair furniture and fixtures as needed
