Experienced Painter

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced painter to join our team at Housing Hub in Saint Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and residential maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming
• Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Perform touch-ups and finish work as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in residential painting
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
