A day in this roleYou roll up before sunrise, check the day’s service tickets, and head out with a compact crew of 1–2. First stop: a distribution center with a mysterious leak. You trace water paths across EPDM, scan seams on TPO, test a PVC penetration, and tighten up fasteners on a metal transition. Photos and notes go straight into the mobile service app. Before lunch, you’ve scoped repairs, eliminated the leak, and advised the facility manager on a few preventive fixes.
The afternoon brings a quick inspection, a remediation on modified bitumen, and a call to support an emergency—your on‑call rotation means you’re ready to respond. Throughout, you lead by example: hands on, safety first, customer focused.
