• Save the Day:
  Perform hands-on restoration, water mitigation (IICRC standards), fire cleanup, and mold remediation.
• Own the Job:
  Manage daily field schedules to ensure rapid, high-quality delivery.
• Guide the Customer:
  Communicate clearly with property owners, explaining the restoration process and handling necessary paperwork.
• Maintain the Gear:
  Keep company restoration tools and equipment clean, prepped, and ready for action.
• Grow the Business:
  Spot opportunities to offer extra services and cross-train across different team roles.

• Drive & Dependability:
  Self-motivated, great with time management, and cool under pressure.
• Communication:
  Ability to connect professionally with clients, teammates, and supervisors.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.
• Tech & Road Basics:
  Valid Driver's License and basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, word processing, business apps).
• Restoration or construction background is a plus, but we're willing to train the right attitude!
