As a Roofing Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our field teams by assisting with commercial roofing inspections, repairs, and installations. Responsibilities- Support the Service Foreman in executing high‑quality commercial roof repairs and routine inspections to ensure building integrity.
- Operate various power tools and specialized construction equipment safely to maximize project efficiency.
- Assist in the installation of roofing materials including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and sheet metal components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project timelines and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Transport necessary tools and materials to various project locations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to learning commercial roofing techniques.
- Basic proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, masonry, or related trade fields.
- Current OSHA 10-Hour Certification.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or basket lifts.
- Technical knowledge of roofing membrane systems like TPO, EPDM, or PVC.
